Art and Design
The school has a strong tradition of painting and drawing and an annual programme of pottery takes place across the school. Art work is used to encourage creativity and is often used to enhance cross-curricular aspects of work.
The curricular programme provides opportunities to learn about a range of artists and styles and is complemented through school visits to galleries and exhibitions and visiting artists from neighbouring secondary schools.
